About Stephanie

Meet Stephanie

Stephanie Miller, LMSW, is a therapist who has worked with children, teens, and adults. She provides a safe space for clients to untangle their thoughts and identify helpful ways of thinking and living. She has helped individuals struggling with substance use issues, mood disorders, and a history of trauma. Stephanie has also supported families who are involved with the foster care system by giving care to the children, their caregivers, and support to parents. With each of these circumstances, Stephanie has
found that individuals and families thrive when they receive support and make use of healthy coping skills. Stephanie is trained in the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) and invites clients to learn the six wellness skills for reading the nervous system and managing the body’s stress response. She has a deep skill set in using Motivational Interviewing to gently guide clients through conversations about making behavior changes.
